To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and unaltered.
• It must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a complimentary return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Faults, & Product Issues

We inspect every piece carefully before it leaves our hands. Please review your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at zeewarr23@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards, certain items cannot be returned:

• Custom Pieces: Special orders, altered items, or personalized jewelry.
• Final Sale: We unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
